Exotic Car Of The Week - 036

In this week's' Exotic Car Of The Week' series we take a look at the timeless yet ever-evolving BMW M4 Convertible. Since BMW replaced the 3 series and with it, the BMW M3, the M4 has gone from strength to strength. With a power unit capable of pushing 425HP (445HP in the competition version), the M4 Convertible gives buyers and BMW enthusiasts a vehicle to rival the Mercedes C63 Cabriolet - a vehicle that the team at Exotic Rentals & Retreats are very fond of. With its aggressive-looking front and rear fenders as well as its sleek kidney grills and LED headlights, the BMW M4 Convertible is a true sports car that deserves all the recognition it receives.

Design

Tune into the timeless beauty of this high-performing and powerful German-made sports car as it turns heads with its signature M-sport grille and V-Spoke wheels. The powerful and quickly retractable hardtop reclines in under 20 seconds and gives the feel of a coupe when raised - giving the driver the best of both worlds. Drive on breezy winter nights with the top up or hot summer days with the top down. With upgraded LED headlights and organic OLED taillights, the BMW M4 Convertible combines allure in an other-worldly manner.

Interior

The width of 14-way front seats and rear seats is adjustable. With a new monolithic back panel and M4 backrest logos, the car looks as good from behind as it does in front view. Indulge into the luxurious feel of Merino leather door trims and upholstery available in Black, Sakhir Orange, Silverstone, or Sonoma Beige palettes. Black chrome lights accent the light-weight yet rigid carbon fiber interior frame. BMW's iconic iDrive infotainment system leaves no stone unturned in keeping both the driver as well as passengers entertained through its 8.8-inch touchscreen display and the 'stock' 12 speaker Harmon Kardon sound system.

Performance

The 3.0 liter 6 cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine throttles a respectable 425HP directly through the rear-wheels for an aggressive and fun drive with top speeds exceeding 155mph (250km/h+). Drivers can get high precision direct throttle injection for better car control and access sport mode at the touch of a button. BMW has offered the M4 in both a 6-speed manual gearbox as well as a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The track-ready engine cooling system is another bonus with the BMW M4.
